Making music Together. New members needed!
Resuscitating a group is never easy! Keeping it going requires determination, and constant appeals for new faces. We are a group that needs new members. Our aim is to make music together and enjoy the process. Being able to have a laugh when things go awry is an asset!
No musical knowledge is required. Following numbers and a desire to play a few notes is all that is needed! None of us are professional in any form, and we all make mistakes and hope nobody notices.
We meet first & third Friday mornings in Stanhope Hall. Only one hour from 10 - 11. Coffee and natter to follow in Big Chair Company. Participation at this point is not obligatory, but is generally well attended.
Feel free to drop in on us at any of our sessions. No obligation to play a Belleplate, but fun to try! If you wish to look up Flintshire U3A Belleplates on YouTube you will find a group being interviewed which can give you a better insight.
